carne asada

marinate ranchera meat between 2 - 8 hours with pineappple juice, lemon juice, lime juice, freshly chopped cilantro, onions, and garlic. bring marinated meat to room temperature. get your grill started. barbecue your heart out. serve with stone ground corn tortillas, salsa, and guacamole.
