easy lemon cheesecake






bring ingredients to room temperature. whip ingredients with handheld mixer. pour into store bought graham cracker crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes ( or until cheesecakes sets 1 and 1/2 inches from edge). cool for two hours and store in the 'fridge.
